Book a Signing
Booking & scheduling
How fast can you schedule a signing?
Same day appointments are often available, and I routinely cover evening and weekend closings. For best availability, book at least 24 hours ahead, but reach out anytime and I’ll tell you honestly how fast I can be there.
Can I book evenings or weekends?
Yes. Evenings and weekends are bookable like any other time on my calendar, and after hours appointments are one of the main reasons people call me.
How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way is my online calendar, where you pick the service, date, and time. You can also send a request from my contact page, or call or text me at (505) 289-1769 and I’ll get you on the schedule.
What does a signing cost?
Notarization fees are set by state regulation, plus any travel fee for mobile visits or package handling for loan signings. Every quote is given upfront, the price I quote is the price you pay.
Documents & ID
What ID do signers need?
A current, unexpired government issued photo ID: driver’s license, passport, or state ID. For unusual ID situations, tell me when booking and I’ll confirm what works before the appointment.
What kinds of documents do you notarize?
Powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, healthcare directives, trust documents, business agreements, school and motor vehicle forms, and more. If you are unsure whether your document can be notarized, ask and I’ll give you a straight answer.
Can you help me fill out my document?
I cannot give legal advice or prepare legal documents. What I can do is make sure your document is signed and notarized correctly, and that every required step is done properly.
Do you provide witnesses?
If your document requires witnesses, tell me when booking. I’ll verify the exact requirements before your appointment so the signing goes through the first time.
Loan signings
What is a loan signing?
It is the full package of documents behind a real estate transaction, a purchase, sale, or refinance. I guide the signers through every page, make sure nothing is missed, and return the completed package to the title or escrow company.
What do title and escrow companies get when they work with me?
Complete, accurate packages, same day scanbacks, direct communication with the notary handling the file, and a closer who shows up prepared. Fast, secure & convenient isn’t a slogan, it’s my SLA.
Remote online notarization
Is remote online notarization legal?
Yes. I hold a commissioned electronic notary commission for remote sessions, and a properly completed RON notarization carries a tamper evident digital seal. Some receiving parties have their own rules, so I always recommend confirming with the recipient, and I’m happy to help you check.
What do I need for a remote session?
A device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, a current government issued photo ID, and your unsigned document. Everything else, I handle.
Can I use RON if I live outside New Mexico?
Yes. Signers can join a remote session from anywhere in the U.S., which makes RON a common choice for signers who are out of state or overseas when their paperwork is due.
Mobile service & coverage
What areas do you serve?
I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe, and I support out of state closings through remote online notarization.
Do you offer emergency or after hours appointments?
I regularly take evening and weekend appointments, and I do my best for urgent requests. Reach out anytime and I’ll tell you honestly how fast I can be there.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes, NNA certified and background screened, with loan signing specialist training and $100,000 in errors and omissions insurance.
